North Dakota Medicaid covers ABA, but the state has a small and geographically dispersed provider network. Fargo and Bismarck have the highest concentrations of providers, and telehealth ABA is increasingly common for families in rural and western areas. North Dakota Developmental Disability services are administered through the Department of Health and Human Services.
